Welcome to AI-SDLC.Institute PMA (the “Institute,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). We operate as a private membership association dedicated to establishing globally recognized standards, best practices, and frameworks for AI software development lifecycle (AI SDLC). By using or accessing our website, enrolling in programs, or interacting with our materials, you acknowledge and agree that you are engaging with a private membership association, not a public or governmental entity.
You confirm that you are not acting as a public official or agent of any government and that you agree to respect the privacy and sovereignty of this private membership association.
You agree to handle all Institute materials, discussions, and resources with confidentiality and to refrain from sharing them outside of authorized uses, unless you receive explicit written permission.
By accessing or using https://AI-SDLC.Institute, enrolling in any of our programs, or using any provided content, you indicate that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our End User License Agreement (“EULA”). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should discontinue use immediately. These Terms, including any incorporated documents (e.g., our Privacy Policy), supersede all prior agreements or understandings between you and the Institute. We may, at our sole discretion, modify these Terms at any time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the latest revisions. Your continued use of our Site or services after any modifications indicates acceptance of those changes.
The AI-SDLC.Institute Site and associated content are intended to help individuals and organizations adopt and implement AI SDLC best practices. While we aspire to be the global standard for AI SDLC methodologies, nothing in our materials should be construed as legal, financial, or professional advice. You are responsible for complying with all relevant laws and regulations within your jurisdiction.
Certain AI-SDLC SOPs are published under an open-source license (available on GitHub). You may use, modify, or distribute these SOPs in accordance with that open-source license.
Our AI-SDLC Gates Process, AI-SDLC Enterprise Standard™, and related proprietary documentation remain exclusively owned by AI-SDLC.Institute. Except where explicitly allowed (e.g., while enrolled in a certified training program), you may not:
Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display proprietary content.
Derive or create adaptations without express written permission.
Sell or commercialize proprietary materials without our consent.
Upon enrolling in our programs or otherwise receiving authorization, you gain a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use proprietary materials within your organization or for personal professional development in connection with an authorized AI-SDLC.Institute training or certification. This license ends if you fail to comply with these Terms, or if you are no longer part of an authorized program.
We value the confidentiality of your enterprise-specific or proprietary data. By engaging our services, you agree:
Anonymized, Aggregated Data
We may collect and use anonymized or aggregated usage data for broad “horizontal” improvements to our frameworks, benchmarking, or AI governance insights.
Deep Vertical IP Confidentiality
Your internal processes, private AI models, or business-specific customizations are yours alone. We will not use them beyond supporting your implementation, nor will we share them without explicit permission.
Compliance with Data Protection Laws
We handle data in alignment with applicable privacy laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and our Privacy Policy.
You can find detailed information on how we collect, store, and process personal data there.
No Ownership Claim
We do not claim ownership over your proprietary data, architectures, or modifications you make to AI-SDLC methods for your internal use.
